When I visited Pawn World, I was assisted by Shane and he was awesome. Very reasonable and patient considering I sold an item that was more unique than usual. We took time to research a fair price and eventually came to an agreement. If I ever sell something again, this will be the first place and possibly the only place I visit. Great customer service!

He kindly negotiated with us, but who would have imagined such a beautiful man waiting to give not only service, but love to his customers. The best pawnshop without question. Lots to choose from, clean and well-organized, fair pricing, but it's the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. The staff is always pleasant, always professional, and always courteous to everyone I've seen coming into the shop. I highly recommend to anyone they make this their first and only stop.

I am super impressed with Shane! He made me a cash offer for the merchandise I had to sell within 20 mins of my posting it on pawn guru! He gave me top dollar for my items and I was able to walk out completely and totally satisfied and flush with $$$! I have dealt with other pawn brokers in the past and have never been as satisfied as I was with Shane at Pawn World. I won't be going anywhere but there with my merchandise in the future! Not a big fan of pawn shops so I was hesitant heading in to Pawn World. But that hesitation quickly disappeared as soon as I entered the door where I was immediately greeted by 2 gentlemen ( Mike and an older gentleman, whos name has slipped my mind, sorry ), who were personable, respectful, and eager to help me however they could. I ended up with a great deal and more cash that I hoped for, all in under 15 minutes! I found Pawn World through pawnguru and now I have no reason to look any further. Pawn World is the standard and theyve earned my business!

The guys here are super cool and friendly! I'm glad I made the last minute decision to come here instead of another place.
